[問題] 找跑步教練的必要性?
大家好~
我是剛開始慢跑兩週的超新手XD
幾乎每天跑,目前一趟跑7K(速度約為7分半/km)
但是昨天右腳膝蓋內側疼痛,爬了文看了書可能是因為我的肌力不夠
(畢竟之前好幾年都不運動XD)
也有可能是跑步姿勢不對,因為我覺得我有一點內八跑(平常走路也會有一點內八)
所以萌生了是不是該找個專業教練來幫我看一下姿勢,以及矯正
(可能以次數來請)
不知道大家覺得有沒有這個必要呢?
很想要趕快繼續健康又快樂的跑步阿QQ

其實我也沒有刻意要跑多少,只是越跑越舒服就不知不覺跑了7k....
今天就醫後醫生也說可能我的體力可以負擔,但是肌力還不行
