[問題] 一年沒動該直接跑還是去重訓
因為專題一年沒運動,現在想用慢跑恢復體力
昨天晚上跑之前吃雜糧麵包跟綠茶擋飢餓
也作一些上課教的暖身運動,像拉筋、揮手臂、蹲下壓腿、坐下壓腿(不知道正確說法..
可是跑2km,就有點不舒服
只好作拉筋讓身體放鬆,但身體體力還可以跑
問題1:大腿前段出現抽筋前兆、後背右側會痛,今天適合繼續跑嗎?
跑的過程,常常覺得腳步聲很大 183/73 跑起來都好像會吵到人 =(
我儘量保持握空拳 手臂90度 不要駝背 腳根少觸地,可是抓不到下肢腿部擺動的感覺
問題很多麻煩大家幫幫我
雖然不懂很多細節,但還是想為自己的健康作點事
(過去跑1600m多在13~17分.. )
