[問題] 只跑步不做重訓真的會讓肌肉萎縮嗎?
小弟我平常有慢跑的習慣
之前在網路上看到朋友貼的一個影片

看完之後很擔心
因為我只會跑步 幾乎不重訓
(一周跑3~4次 每次跑大概4000m 跑25~30分鐘 就是慢跑那種)
這樣是不是如同影片說的
變瘦只是肌肉量變少(肌少型肥胖?)
想問問各位~
