[問題] 請問半馬的準備
如題
想請問大家 我報名了6月份的半馬(第一次)
想請問我到6月之前該怎樣練習比較好
從去年12月迷上慢跑 下班有空就會去健身房
3月10號有跑喬山12km 成績1:22 不過我覺得當天狀況不好
比預期慢了5分鐘
最近有想加重份量
昨天下班去健身房跑了1h2分 9km 中間有走了一下
我是希望半馬可以跑進2小時20分左右
我現在該怎樣 讓自己慢慢進步
是該加長周的總km還是有其他方法
