[問題] 新手之河濱15k
之前都只是練車,最近想練練跑步,於是就去試跑板橋-永和來回河濱16k(1.5h)
沿路上便想到一個問題,大家都自己練跑時都怎麼補給的?
我發現這段路根本沒有飲水區或飲料機,雖然我練得強度不高,但是15-30mins喝一口水
應該是很基本練耐力的習慣...
