[問題] 請給跑步新手一點建議
我現在的身高體重是176/98
想請問一下現在這樣的體重在跑步是不是過重而會對自己的膝蓋造成傷害呢?
因為目前是為了減肥而想做運動,附近沒有游泳池,我也沒有腳踏車
所以游泳跟騎車運動應該是沒辦法的
如果可以跑步的話,我想請問一下大概幾天跑一次是對我比較好的呢?
因為這幾天我都是每天跑,而跑完隔天幾乎都不會有不適感
目前我跑的距離大約是3千左右,但是沒辦法全程跑完,需半走半跑
請問我這樣的距離是否會太長或者太短呢?
如果要加長距離,加的頻率跟距離大概是多久加一次和一次加多少呢?
