[問題] 如何對抗陰雨綿綿的冬天
由於進入陰雨綿綿時期,
最近開始轉戰健身房,但是我還是傾向早上五點的晨跑。
想請教有維持路跑的同好,如何對抗下雨天?
一方面鞋子會濕...
再來就是除了堅強的意志力以外,
大家有甚麼特殊裝備對抗鑽出棉被踏出家門的那瞬間?
外套穿太厚 跑起來好重好不舒服..orz
