[問題] 為什麼要先無氧(sit up)在有氧(running)呢?
想請問為什麼要先無氧後在做有氧呢?
這樣消耗熱量會比較大嗎?還是只是跑步會比較順?
因為我都是先跑完步之後在做仰臥起坐
and...不曉得有沒有晨跑的板友知道早上是不是(5,6點)比較不會下雨阿?
