要練到什麼樣的程度來完成半馬或是全馬?
自從去年一次膝蓋疼痛後就沒有在跑了
休息了很長一段時間
在過年前後的期間大約3天就會去跑一次
汐止運動公園應該是400公尺一圈
前面熱身大約都10分鍾左右
最多是跑到大約18圈膝蓋會有點感覺到會痛的前兆
也差不多就該休息了,再走個2到3圈再做些放鬆肌肉的動作才結束
依這樣看要持續能跑到半馬應該不難
但是如果想以全馬為目標的話除了持續的增加距離、練習之外
對於全馬是有能力且有自己嘗試完成過後才報名?
還是說有能力跑個20到30就可以參加呢?
