[討論] 晨跑前的飲食
如果去小7買
裡面的食品很多都有添加物
大家會吃什麼
試過吃巧克力
效過不好
若跑步強度太強還是頂不住低血糖的暈眩
最近都吃麵包+牛奶 跑完再吃早餐
可是現在麵包都反式脂肪和過多的油
會不會反而賠了健康?
