Update: Cueto left Saturday's start against the Pirates with an apparent arm
injury, John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Recommendation: Cueto was pitching well against the Pirates (one run on two
hits and a walk), but he felt something in his triceps in the fifth and was
escorted from the field by a trainer. The severity of the injury will likely
dictate whether the Reds dip to Triple-A Louisville to fill his rotation spot
or hand the job to a guy in the bullpen like Alfredo Simon.
