今年的4月15號, Robinson的MLB首役60週年紀念日, 紅人隊的Ken Griffey Jr.(小葛瑞菲
)率先向MLB的Commissioner(Bud Selig)要求能穿已經被退休的42號球衣上場紀念Jackie Robinson.
而Selig
也很上道的邀請所有MLB的球隊響應這活動.
紐約時報本周五公佈"預計"MLB禮拜天會穿42號球衣上場的球員名單:
