The Boston Globe reports that the Red Sox are likely to sign the rehabbing Brendan Donnelly to a multi-year contract. Donnelly may miss the entire 2008 season following Tommy John surgery, so inking him for multiple years is a way for the Red Sox to potentially receive some value if they can get him healthy.
