[問題] 怎麼改變習慣
很容易因為一點事情分心或亂想
然後就容易分心就想哭或想放棄自己
讓家人或朋友很累 漸漸不耐煩
要怎麼改善容易哭的習慣變成笑的習慣
覺得自己好像對家是多餘的負擔
