[請益] 投球肌力訓練(下半身)
小弟投球姿勢是上肩兼有點3/4
前陣子有在加強手臂肌力所以投完球手臂不太會酸
但是從右邊背部、後面兩邊腰部、臀部到大腿後面整個都酸到不行
爬文有看到水中走路 但我沒辦法每天到游泳池報到
請問還有什麼辦法可以訓練這幾個部位?謝謝!
