[討論] 球速的問題
我有一個朋友
身材很好
協調性也不錯
跑步 拉力繩 背肌 等體能訓練都有一定水準
(單槓11 三千13)
可是球速一直卡在120上不去
後來我聽他講
他當兵遇到一個打過三級的投手
現在球速也可以超過130
他覺得兩個人身材 姿勢不會相差太多
可是球速卻差很多
然後他就拿鏡子對照
發現啟動到手抬上去的動作兩個都相差無及
但揮下去的時間
卻是他怎樣練都遠遠落後一大段
我在想若是這樣
球速的重點應該在瞬間爆發力吧
像是出拳速度 或是跳躍速度
這都是可以訓練出來的
那我認為練習內野快速短傳
應該可以很有效的訓練到甩手臂速度(就像近身對打)
而外野的長傳則可以訓練到全身力量的運用
不知道這樣對不對
至於協調性
我則認為是最順暢的使用到現階段身體所有力量的狀況
身體沒有基本的力量
協調性在好應該也沒有球速吧
