[請益] 丟完球後 臀部大腿肌肉酸痛
各位先進好
小弟我最近丟完球後
隔天起床後 發現我左側臀部及大腿上方的肌肉特別痠痛 也就是支撐腳(我是右投)
我確定我丟球前暖身 及結束後的收操都有做
但不知為什麼會這樣
是我下盤的力量不夠嗎?
還是我得姿勢有錯?
