[請益] 關於揮棒練習和體質問題
我最近這一陣子才開始接觸棒球
身高172體重只有55= =
非常瘦小
最近找到伴一起練KGB和投打練習
可是我在打擊的時候常常拉傷左手(我是右撇子)
而且都還滿嚴重的
我想請問是不是我揮棒姿勢不正確?
還是肌肉群不夠厚
要怎麼練習才能訓練到附近的肌肉?
然後最嚴重一次去看醫生
他說我體質太軟 關節容易鬆掉
不適合打棒球.........................................
打棒球真的跟體質有關嗎....
麻煩板上的各位幫我解答= =
