[請益] 如何克服場上緊張感?
小弟如果上場守備心跳都很大聲
case來的時候肌肉會很僵硬
結果都是沒有處理的很好或者失誤
沒辦法把平常練習的成果發揮出來
怎麼樣克服場上的緊張感呢?
