[討論] 該怎樣增加球速呢
小弟我在國中打羽毛球弄傷肩膀以後
球速消失就算了 協調性也消失了
一直到現在投球姿勢都不固定 還出現很異常的現象
就是低肩側投投的比上肩好很多 包括了尾勁跟速度
準備姿勢跟吳傳依樣 啟動後跟阿鈣一樣
平常用上肩熱身的時候 約15公尺到20公尺就會投的很吃力了
不知道是沒有力量還是協調性問題
請問各位大大我該怎麼辦呢 怎樣可以提升我的速度呢
