不好意思這句我不太懂
contact point指的是擊球點？
是擊球之前手越彎越好，還是整個揮棒過程手越晚伸直越好？
我會建議揮到棒子指向投手的時候把手伸直
是為了避免棒子跟手卡住導致收棒不順
