[問題] about semi-holonomic constraints

小弟在classical mechanics ( Gold stein ) 第三段
的第二行中有看到 semi-holonamic constraints這一個字，
原文如下:
In general, nonholonamic constraints can not be expressed by a variational
principle. One of the exceptions is semi-holonamic constraints
where the constraints can be written as a set of functions of the form
. .
f ( q ,......, q ; q ,......,q ;t ) = 0 , where α = 1,2,......,m.

2.那holonamic constraints 與 semi-holonamic constraints 有何不同 ?
