[問題] Shankar p194 一問
在下在研究Shankar的Principles of Quantum Mechanics的書~
念到Harmonic(CH7)的部分,有個地方看不太懂,請大家幫忙解惑一下~
在p194,式子7.3.18的下一段有寫到
If we choose C1=0 when n is even (or C0=0 when n is odd) we have finite
polynomial of order n which satisfies the differential equation and behave as
y^n as y → infinity .
這邊我不太懂,例如說n=0和n=1,要怎麼利用這句話得到Hermite polynomial的第一條
和第二條啊...
我的想法:n=0 → ε_0 = 1/2 → C1 = C3 = C5 = ... = 0 → C0 = ?????
n=1 → ε_1 = 3/2 → C0 = C2 = C4 = ... = 0 → C1 = ?????
就有點卡住了...請各位大大幫忙一下,謝謝m(_ _)m
