[請益] Quantum confinement effect?
一般quantum confinement effect指的都是材料尺寸變小後
由原本的energy band變成discrete energy level
但是我在維基裡面又看到一段話:
"Specifically, the effect describes the phenomenon resulting from electrons
and electron holes being squeezed into a dimension that approaches a critical
quantum measurement, called the exciton Bohr radius"
請問quantum confinement又跟激子(電子電洞對)有什麼關係呢
不是簡單的Tight binding就能解釋能階變不連續嗎??
