A long power transmission line,1(cm) in radius ,is parallel to and situated
10 (cm)above the ground .Assuming the ground to be an infinite flat conducting plane,
Fine the capacitance per meter of the line with respect to the ground

由C=Q/V可算出電容，但是只給你傳輸線半徑和離無限導體面距離而已，要怎麼算呢?
