[請益] Coherence Length
目前是做薄膜方面的研究
需用到光學裡一些理論
而在"Thin-Film Optical Filters 3rd" by H Angus Macleod
這本書的2.3章 The Reflectence of a thin film對薄膜的解釋不太懂
"Film is thin when interference effects can be detected in the reflected or
transmitted light, that is, when the path differencebetween the beams is
less than the coherence length of the light, and thick when the path difference
is greater than the coherence length."
我有在Wiki上找了Coherence 及Coherence Length的解釋
但還是看不太懂
