[問題] 請問有沒有推薦的廠商賣可調式雷射
大家好
我來自一個做生物的實驗室
由於研究的材料有一些分析比較接近物化
而大部份賣生物相關試劑的廠商對光學雷射這一塊都不太熟
所以想麻煩大家給我意見
我要做的實驗是 Laser Flash Photolysis
實驗方法如下
Flash-induced absorption changes in vesicle suspensions in the millisecond to
seconds time window were acquired on a personal computer with a digital
oscilloscope program (ClampX 8.2) by following a Nd-YAG laser flash
(Continuum, Santa Clara, CA; Surelight I; 532 nm, 6 ns, 40 mJ) in a
lab-constructed flash photolysis system as described in ref. 48. Monitoring
wavelengths are shown in Fig. 3. Transients (128–1,024) were collected and
averaged for each measurement. All measurements were performed at 20°C.
這是 paper 的實驗方法。
由於我們想要改良這個實驗方法
其中，雷射的部分希望可以改良成可調式波長的雷射
因為我研究的材料有點像螢光劑 (其實是蛋白質)
需要特定波長的光源激發
而激發的條件就是上面 paper 寫的
需要在 6 ns 間 給予 40 mJ 的能量 <--不知道這個講法對不對^^"
而波長需要的範圍，大約就是紫外光 + 可見光範圍 250 nm-750 nm
目前查到的 laser 叫 Nd:YAG pumped dye laser
好像是分成兩個部份
一個是 dye

另外，請問有可能有 tunable continuous laser 嗎?
波長也要很精確~
不過 power 不用很強。
類似拿來當作分光光度計的 monitor light 那樣。
