[題目] 磁偶極矩是喜歡和磁場同向還反向?

[題目] a hydrogen atom in the ground state is placed in a uniform
magnetic field of strength Bz=0.5T
(a)Compute the energy splitting of the spin states
(b)Which state has the highest energy
[瓶頸]
自旋向上的us=-2es/2mc 磁偶極矩就是向下 與磁場反向
但我看孫超群的講義它裡面又有一句寫到說磁偶極矩喜歡和磁場反向
說這樣能量最小 但這題的答案卻是ms=1/2的能量比較高
到底是哪裡錯了? 有上題庫班的同學可以幫我解答一下嗎? 謝謝
