[請益] 牛頓,光-粒子說
當初牛頓假設光像一顆顆小球一樣,藉由一些碰撞的機制來解釋光的現象。
其中,當光由空氣→介質,好似,小球由某個平面滑入高度較低的平面,
因而v變快(v^2 = 2gh),然後藉由 v1sinθ1=v2sinθ2(水平動量守恆),
推論θ1>θ2(因為v2 > v1),也就是光進入介質後,會往法線偏折。
當然,今日觀點來看,這是有問題的。
先撇開不管,在一本書上看到一個題目,它是問:
藉由牛頓的假設,判斷光由“玻璃”進入“水”中,入射角和折射角的比較?
問題就出在,我只知道牛頓假設,光由空氣進入介質,好像是被更強引力的
物質吸引,所以速度變快,所以可以判斷方向。
但我不知道如果由玻璃→水,根據牛頓的想法,哪個速度快?
