[問題] 高斯定理可以用來解釋環型帶電環嗎？
Can Gauss' law be used to determine the electric field at a distance d from
the center and on a lene perpendicular to the ring or disk? If not ,why not?
無意間有人問我的題目～我目前的想法是認為不行！理由是找不到一個封閉的高斯面。
不過這樣的答案好像不太嚴謹，所以想問一下板上的各位這個題目真正的觀念。
