[問題] 請問物理學家Albert Michelson曾說的一段話

在書上看到一段話 是曾獲諾貝爾的美國物理學家Albert Michelson所說
The more important fundamental laws and facts of physical science
have all been discovered, and these are now so firmly established
that the possibility of their ever being supplanted in
consequence of new discoveries is exceedingly remote…
Our future discoveries must be looked for in the six place of decimals.

我知道這段話大概的意思是說 他認為物理科學重要的基礎法則及事實均已出現，
新的發現會將這些既有事實推翻的可能性微乎其微
未來的發現必須在.....
不知道是否有人理解the six place of decimals 是什麼意思呢
