[問題] 問一個conf -> journal 的問題

as title 小弟最近有一篇conf ... 想要轉 journal 有選定Springer 某 journal 後上面的 guide 說 Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; 小弟的 journal 有把整篇整個重寫 abstract 重寫 . Introduction 重寫 .
