[問題] 想請問投稿的 COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT
最近要投 wiely的期刊，其中有一項不太明白，在期刊投稿說明上有寫說，
Permission and Copyright Assignment
It is the author’s responsibility to obtain written permission to
reproduce material that has appeared in another publication. Please download
the Permission Request Form and submit it to the Wiley office.............
Only original papers will be vested in the publisher.
Remember to include the Editorial Reference Code (manuscript number)
on the CTA. Papers without a valid CTA (Copyright Transfer Agreement)
will not be published.
這是要在投稿前就要先寄這一份同意書，還是確定被accept後才寄呢??
