剛剛無聊看看官網，熊熊發現 https://web.poe.garena.tw/garena-page/news/664 裡面的Grinding Gear Game 的平衡設計師 Qarl 所發表的說明！ https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1770577 因為都是英文看不懂所以把該頁面丟去Google翻譯結果其中的 We are reducing the Decay damage from Essence of Delirium.
