關於同學問的pendulum test
下面描述的是spasticity(hypertone)在此test的表現，此test主要是看spaticity的。
Pendulum Test (Wartenberg, 1951):
Patient lies supine or can sit with the knee flexed.
The clinician then extends the knee and releases the foot,
allowing the leg to swing.
In a normal healthy joint it will swing about six times,
but in the presence of spasticity the number of swings is
reduced in accordance with the velocity dependence.

至於Hypotonia(flaccidity):
A reduced resistance to passive movement, so that the distal portion of
the limb is easily waved to and fro when the expremity is passively shaken.

根據上述解釋，如果講義上說pendulum test positive表示hypotonicity，
那麼此test positive的意思應該是表示小腿swing > 6次。
