BT專用Partition的問題

我想請問一下, 我把一顆WD 640GB AAKS 的硬碟分出一塊20~30GB的partition用來開BT, 這樣有沒有辦法減少BT對硬碟的傷害???(傷害因該也只傷害到該磁區吧?)
