[問題] 怎麼判斷 IP 是那個國家的？
由於最近伺服器斷得有點離譜～
加上版上大多建議不要連上星條旗的伺服器，
不過個人無法判斷列表中的伺服器到底是不是位在星條旗的國家，
想請教一下要怎麼判斷這個 IP 是那個國家的伺服器？

可以指導一下從哪裡看是那個國家嗎？
