Job Summary:
The Account Manager role requires an individual to enhance the customer’s
experience by providing strategic leadership, project management skills,
validating JUSDA’s current value, and identifying areas for future value.
This requires the ability to expand customer value to JUSDA SCM by increasing
customer loyalty and improving key profitability metrics. Successful
candidates need to be well versed in building relationships internally and
externally, influencing, and managing change. Much of the individual’s
success will be based on their ability to build deep and lasting
relationships with clients and internal employees, and customer retention
with improved metrics.
Role Responsibilities:
Customs and Logistics Operation
‧ Process shipping documents for customs clearance.
‧ Review and approve customs and logistics related invoices.
‧ Maintain customs and logistics expense report.
‧ Arrange domestic and international shipments.
‧ Analyze and maintain customs and logistics data including duty rate, HTS,
and country of origin on bill of materials.
‧ Process shipments and invoices in operation system - CargoWise.
