Job description
We are currently seeking a Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HE&OR)
Analyst.
Purpose: Collaborates and works closely with key client stakeholders to
provide analytical and programming support on outcomes research to
demonstrate the value of products. Utilize expertise in statistics and SAS
programming. Utilize communication skills to relay research findings, both
verbally and in writing.
Core Responsibilities: Analyst will be responsible for the scientific and
methodological aspects of all observational database analytics and evidence
synthesis, as well as will contribute to all observational xdatabase SAS
programming and statistical analyses of large observational databases aligned
with global and regional HEOR strategies.
Specific activities can include the following:
‧ Conduct efficient data management and statistical analysis using SAS for
observational studies
‧ Implement advanced statistical methodologies according to protocols
‧ Produce analysis datasets, listings, tables, and figures for research
projects, based on specifications, while maintaining all documentation
‧ Ensure quality control conducted on all analyses
‧ Interpret findings from observational data analytic projects, and
communicate key insights and messages to the team
‧ Contribute to best practices for the team as it relates to SAS programming
standards, including standard programs, macro development and validation, etc.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
‧ 3+ years’ working experience with statistical SAS programming and data
analysis
‧ A relevant medical data analytic background such as health economics,
statistics, or biostatistics preferred
‧ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
‧ Quality management
‧ Collaborative team member
‧ Capable of efficient multi-tasking
‧ Professional English communication
‧ Self-motivated; Proactive
