- Daily office and on-site duties, including leasing, advertising, walking
and showing of the property
- Assist in the supervision of full time maintenance staff
- Walking each unit and keeping track of make-readies
- Prepare reports using computer software and report to the corporate office
Living on site is possible but not required.
You should have strong customer service and communication skills.
Computer skills, including real estate or accounting software as well as
Microsoft Word and Excel strongly preferred
Marketing experience helpful
