台灣科思創徵才- Regional Management Trainee (12-18 months)
The 12-18 months training program provides the successful candidates with
an invaluable opportunity to receive a 12-month intensive training at
Covestro APAC headquarters which are located in Shanghai and Hong Kong
and a 6-month project assignment attached to one of our business units/service
units in Shanghai or Hong Kong. Regarded as a fast track for career
development, we will offer permanent and professional positions and further
advancement upon the completion of program, subject to outstanding
performance and capabilities of the candidates.
Application period: 12 January 2016 – 29 January 2016
Expected Commencement Date: 1 May 2016
【Requirements】
1. MBA qualification with Science, Engineering or Chemical background
2. 3-5 year working experience
3. Excellent command of English
4. Strong in strategy development and have good conceptual thinking and
leadership skills
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
6. Strong commitment and adaptability to change
7. Work independently and with aptitude for achieving results as part of a
team
8. International mobility is a MUST
