CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS
Location: Manila, The Philippines
Excellent opportunity for candidates who are fluent in spoken and written
Chinese (Mandarin), Thai or Indonesian to join a global organization.
You will be part of the best in class customer service center and liaise with
customers across the Greater China and ASEAN markets.

Job Responsibilities
‧Conduct customer support to Chinese speaking customers by online chat,
e-mail and telephone
‧Provide effective feedback to the management concerning process flow and
interdepartmental
‧concerns when necessary
‧Assist with knowledgeable support to all customer requests across all
products (TRAINING PROVIDED)
‧Provide fast and accurate response to all customer contacts on social
media, phone, email and live chat
‧Deliver first time resolution to all customer requests up to authority and
permission levels
‧Create and develop unique positive personal relationships with a High
Value Customers
‧Maintain customer profiling and communication database history for all
High Value Customers
‧Ensure that High Value Customer transactions are completed accurately and
timely
‧Able to confidently promote other products and services where appropriate
Requirements
‧Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese or Thai or Indonesian
‧Bachelor's/College Degree educated
‧Very strong customer and interpersonal skills
‧Excellent number skills
‧Commitment to delivering faultless service
‧Can work on own initiative but also possess a strong teamwork ethic
‧Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
‧Reliable personality
‧Clear communication skills with excellent telephone manner
‧Willing to work on shifting schedules(24x7)
Relocation will be paid for these positions along with accommodation,
flights, VISA, meals and transportation.

The salary for this position is PHP 50,000 per month and accommodation,

The job has a 6-month probation period. After passing, the employee will get
quarterly performance-based bonus. The average pay can become more than
NT42,000. Team leaders will get even more. All medical insurance,
accommodation, meals and transport between staff quarter and office are
provided. One set of return airfare is given per year. Accommodation is one
private room per employee. Supervisory level employees get a studio apartment
each. There will be shift work, the hours of which will depend on which team
the employee is attached to. This and other details can be discussed in the
second-round interview over Skype.
