JOB SUMMARY
The Ecommerce Administrator provides management oversight and direction
to the company’s Ecommerce efforts. The site administrator manages the
development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products or
services directly to online customers at www.lafreshgroup.com and
www.wipes123.com
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
‧ Create and upload data changes including but not limited to changes
in price, descriptions, attributes, etc.
‧ Manage development and maintenance of the website content management
system, Magento
‧ Monitor online order process to confirm customer orders are processed
correctly
‧ Working with appropriate departments on new products and changes to
ensure information is complete with required data
‧ Optimizing each product for SEO (keywords, meta description,
and page title)
‧ Manage Google Ad Word and Google TV marketing effort
‧ Creating marketing configurations for website (i.e. Site Wide 15% Off,
Free Shipping on Orders over $50)
‧ Managing upselling, promotion codes and other cart-related marketing
promotions
‧ Coordinate with marketing department and outside vendors on web related
marketing activities
‧ Assist in Social Media Marketing (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
‧ Website management experience including Search Engine Optimization
‧ Strong computer proficiency
‧ Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; some photo editing
‧ Must be detail-oriented
‧ Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
‧ Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced, high growth
environment
‧ Strong oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
‧ Bachelor’s degree
‧ 2+ years experience in an e-commerce environment
‧ Web design skill and experience strongly preferred
‧ Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level
