城市/區域:Pasadena/Riverside
時間: Immediately. (10-20hours/week)
Looking for a part-time programmer (can be a computer science student at
local college) to manage an research website. The ideal candidate should be
familiar with managing a website in a shared hosting environment. The hours
are flexible and most work can be done on your own schedule. However, there will
be occassional face-to-face meetings with the owner(especially starting out),
so you should be within a 20 minute drive of either Riverside or Pasadena.
The job requires a good foundation with mySql, Visual Studio 2010, and C#.
Experience with XAML is very helpful. Html and javascript, and Subversion
source control is helpful.
You will be adding features and fixing bugs. Job duties will require timely
communication with owner, customers/users, and ocassionally the technical
support staff of the webhosting company. English proficiency needs to be good
enough to get the job done.
If a student, you should have a strong GPA(to indicate you are capable of
juggling different tasks). All candidates should potentially be able to work
for one or more years.
