Wanted: A cook (or two) to run an authentic Chinese restaurant in America.
Yes, you may apply with a friend! We are looking for a young, independent
Taiwanese cook who is looking for a cultural experience.
機會內容：
我們會提供機票、獨立公寓、手機以及供基本膳食及社交生活的費用
The Opportunity: We will provide air fair, your own apartment, a cellphone,
and a small pay for food and social purposes.
時間：
我們希望能夠在六個月之內親自前往台北面試應徵者
When: We hope to visit Taipei within the next 6 months to interview
candidates.
我們是誰？：
我們是兩個年輕的生意人，馬泰爾(Matteo)和喬(Joe)，聯合經營一個專門負責建造新住
宅和公寓的小型建設公司，目前對於開餐廳有興趣，一間提供美味道地食物的中國餐廳，
並且希望立即著手進行開店籌備。在我們公司工作的員工們多半休閒時間都一起度過，像
是一起划船、上餐館、或是一起到"Rivers Casino"享樂旅行。
Who Are We?: Matteo and Joe are two young businessmen. We currently own a
small construction company that builds new homes and apartments. We are
interested in owning a restaurant and we want to start it the right way, with
delicious authentic food. All of our company's employees spend most of their
social time together doing things like boating, eating out, or fun trips to
the "Rivers Casino."
關於餐廳：
這間餐廳將會是一間小型外賣專門中國餐廳(僅提供外賣)。我們的位置在美國賓夕法尼亞
州的匹茲堡。
The Restaurant: The restaurant will be a small take-out only Chinese food
restaurant. We are located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
工作內容：
廚師工作時間將會是星期二到星期天，早上十一點至晚上十點，並且負責設計餐廳提供的
料理。工作並不會太輕鬆，但在這裡工作伴隨而來的意義與價值絕對不僅於如此。
Work Expectations: Our cooks will be expected to work Tuesday-Sunday from
11am-9pm and will create a list food dishes that the restaurant will serve.
Work will not be easy, but there are many other benefits to having a job here.

great authentic Chinese food and DUMPLINGS. You do not need to be a
professional chef.
