Hi, I am working for a financial services company based in Chicago area. One team in my department is now recruiting for an entry level position, here is the job description: Job title: associate Role description: Responsible for the analytical support of portfolio marketing to help business partners achieve retention and profitablity goals. Support marketing managers on the design and execution of retention strategies. Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to improve efficiencies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently and able to manage multiple projects. Principal Responsibility: * Advise on test designs and selection criterion for various campaigns. * Ensures readable results. * Analyze the performance of promotional campaigns. * Compare champion and challenger cells. * Make recommendations based on the analysis * Provide on-going report on key financial measures. * Consult with business partners on any strategic issues related to retention marketing. * Opertate as the subject matter expert in questions concerning statistical validity. Skills Required: * A master degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, business, computer sciences, or other heavily quantitative degree a must. * 1+ years experience in financial industry preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. * Candidate must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and demostrate outstanding problem solving and decision making skills. * Experience with SAS in UNIX and PC environments is a must.
