PRESS RELEASE | FINA Bureau meets, makes further decisions on Russian and
Belarusian athletes and event hosting
新聞稿 | 國際泳總主席團開會，就俄羅斯和白俄羅斯運動員和賽事舉辦做出進一步決定
Further to the FINA Bureau’s decision on 8 March 2022 and the new measures
at its disposal to exclude Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials from
FINA competitions, and following the review of an independent risk
assessment, the FINA Bureau met today and confirmed that athletes and
officials from Russia and Belarus will not take part in the upcoming 19th
FINA World Championships Budapest 2022.
繼國際泳總主席團於2022年3月8日作出決定並採取新措施將俄羅斯和白俄羅斯運動員和官
員排除在國際泳總比賽之外，並在審查獨立風險評估後，國際泳總主席團今天舉行會議，
確認來自俄羅斯和白俄羅斯的運動員和官員將不會參加即將到來的2022年第19屆國際泳總
布達佩斯世界錦標賽。
Following these decisions, FINA was informed by the Russian Swimming
Federation of the withdrawal of all Russian aquatics athletes from all FINA
events for the rest of this year.
在做出這些決定後，俄羅斯游泳聯合會通知國際泳總，所有俄羅斯水上運動運動員在今年
剩餘時間內退出所有國際泳總賽事。
FINA also previously removed a number of aquatics events scheduled for
Russia. Today, the FINA Bureau also decided to remove the hosting of the FINA
Swimming World Championships (25M) 2022 from Kazan (RUS). The scheduled dates
of 17-22 December 2022 will be maintained, and FINA is currently in
discussions with potential hosts to take over the event.
國際泳總此前還取消了一些計劃在俄羅斯舉行的水上運動項目。今天，國際泳總主席團還
決定取消在喀山（俄羅斯）舉辦的2022年國際泳總世界游泳錦標賽（25M）。原定的2022年
12月17日至22日的日期將保持不變，國際泳總目前正在與潛在的主辦方討論接管該賽事。
Separately, the FINA Executive confirmed that the FINA Disciplinary Panel has
opened a procedure against Russian swimmer Evgeny Rylov for a potential
violation of the FINA rules following his alleged participation in a pro-war
rally at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. The FINA Executive has requested
that the Panel’s proceedings be expedited.
另外，國際泳總執行官證實，國際泳總紀律小組已針對俄羅斯游泳運動員葉夫根尼·雷洛
夫（Evgeny Rylov）在涉嫌參加莫斯科盧日尼基體育場的親戰集會後可能違反國際泳總規
則的行為啟動程序。國際泳總執行官已要求加快專家組的程序。
FINA maintains its strongest condemnation of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
FINA also wishes to reiterate its commitment to supporting the Ukraine
Swimming, Diving and Artistic Swimming Federation as they prepare for
upcoming competitions.
國際泳總對俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭表示最強烈的譴責。國際泳總還希望重申其支持烏克蘭游泳
、跳水和藝術游泳聯合會為即將舉行的比賽做準備的承諾。

國際泳總底下包括：游泳、跳水、水球、水上芭蕾、公開水域、高空跳水等，除了高空跳
水外，其餘全是奧運正式比賽項目！ROC在2020年東京奧運游泳拿到2金2銀1銅，水上芭蕾
拿到2金，跳水拿到1銅，總共拿了8面2020年東京奧運水上運動奧運獎牌。水上運動可說是
除了體操之外，ROC在2020年東京奧運最大的獎牌來源之一。
葉夫根尼·雷洛夫（Evgeny Rylov）則為2020年東京奧運男子100公尺仰式、200公尺仰式
雙金得主，是ROC在2020年東京奧運「唯一的」游泳金牌選手。先前葉夫根尼·雷洛夫
（Evgeny Rylov）已經被國際知名泳裝製造商Speedo撤銷贊助，並把剩餘的贊助金全捐給
難民署。現在，葉夫根尼·雷洛夫（Evgeny Rylov）還得面臨國際泳總的處罰。
