[問題] 關於舉重選手降體重這件事
我對舉重不熟想請教一下....
例如男/女子XX公斤級,我的直覺認為應該是把體重維持在XX公斤下一點點,
然後儘量提高自己的成績....
可是舉重選手的做法,是在舉之前一段時間將體重維持在XX公斤之上一段數值
,等到舉之前才去降體重(聽說郭婞淳降了5公斤)。
直覺上保持體重穩定應該對成績比較有幫助啊?為什麼舉重選手會用降體重
的方式來比賽?
