[算表] 計算不特定的文字出現的頻率

請問，若我要將一段文字(英文)中每個單字所出現的頻率分別計算出來的話，
該怎麼使用excel實現這項功能？
網路上找到的方法皆是針對某特定已知的字去做加總。
有發現一個網站可以實現我想要的功能，所以我想excel應該也可以
但我花了點時間嘗試還沒有頭緒。
以下舉例，若我想將：
