Fw: [請益] M4 256GB 壞了(已更新)

想請問版友這樣子的情況是不是 M4 壞掉
在四月入手 M4，裝在 Thinkpad R400 上 (前一篇文章有介紹安裝)
平時就當作上網機和輕度下載 bt
就在今日開始覺得頓頓的
一開始還以為是網路不順，不以為意
然後越來越嚴重，bt 的下載顯示 x，但是空間還有60gb
重新開機，就進不去 Win 7，一直在修復的狀況
進入 Thinkpad 硬碟檢查模式，跳出 Read Verification Failed Error Code:0000
再試幾次就變成藍屏了
下個月初要考 GRE 居然發生這個鳥事 >_<|||
看來要打電話回去原廠討 RMA
小弟七月才爆掉一顆 Seagate 硬碟，公司的資料化為烏有
今天又好像 SSD 爆掉，真的是禍不單行
幸好上一個硬碟的資料還在 還有作備份
現在用 Ultrabay 還可以上上網 使用以前的資料

對了，這邊備註，在重開機之前有使用 SSDLife 確認壽命
跳出來是 100% health 才重開機

更新一下進度
跟原廠聯絡之後 客服表示有可能是因為不正常的斷電 或是 Trim 的指令寫入時
斷電造成這種情況 (本人不是專家也當作聽一聽就算了)
以下是原廠提供的方法去解決 大約95%的問題都可以處理
Thank you for contacting Crucial.
In most cases, your SSD can be returned to normal operating condition by
completing a power cycle. The process will take approximately one hour.
We recommend you perform this procedure on a desktop computer because it
allows you to only connect the SATA power connection, which improves the odds
of the power cycle being successful. However, a USB enclosure with an
external power source will also work. Apple and Windows desktop users follow
the same steps.
1. Once you have the drive connected and sitting idle, simply power on
the computer and wait for 20 minutes. We recommend that you don't use the
computer during this process.
2. Power the computer down and disconnect the drive for 30 seconds.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 one more time.
4. Reconnect the drive normally, and boot the computer to your operating
system.
5. If the latest firmware has not been updated to your drive, do so. Go
to http://www.crucial.com/support/firmware.aspx for our firmware updates.
A laptop computer will also work, but you’ll have connect the drive and
navigate to the systems BIOS menu. (Please refer to your system manufacture’
s documentation on how to access the BIOS.) Allowing the drive to sit in the
BIOS will improve the odds that the power cycle will work. For laptops, we don
’t recommended using a USB enclosure powered via USB. In addition, Apple
laptop users must boot the system to the open firmware.
1. Laptop users will need to be in the BIOS menu, or open firmware as stated
above. The computer will need to stay powered for 20 minutes. We recommend
you don’t use the laptop during this process.
2. Power the computer down and disconnect the drive for 30 seconds.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 one more time.
4. Reconnect the drive normally, and boot the computer to your operating
system.
5. If the latest firmware is has not been updated to your drive, do so. Go

換句話說就是接上 M4 通電20分鐘，關機退出 30秒，再通電20分鐘
讓 M4 有機會進入下一個循環
我的 M4 試過沒有用，當然跟原廠討 RMA
有二種方式：一個是原廠先寄出東西，但是拿你的信用卡當押金，當他們收到東西
就會退錢
另一種是先寄回去，當他們收到就會寄出可用的 M4
我很急著用電腦就選第一個
題外話
雖然M4 不可以開機，不過當作第二顆硬碟還可以存取"大部份"資料
只有少部份資料是無法讀取
同時也用 CrystalDiskInfo 看M4 的狀況
